General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

General information
Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH only conducts training courses and guarantees the topics listed. For many customers, these represent one of the necessary bases for the appointment of a qualification such as EiP, ESfdt, FfHV etc.; however, the appointment itself is expressly not made by Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH or its trainers, but regularly by those responsible in each case, e.g. the employer of the course participants.
Aspects not listed in these GTC shall be regulated regularly in accordance with the usual rules of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the customary industry practice in good faith within the meaning of Section 242 BGB.

A. Conditions of participation and booking for free seminars offered by Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH

1. seminar registration
Each participant registers bindingly via the portal of the homepage tcs-gmbh.net or tcs-engineering.de. Each participant will receive a confirmation of registration by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 20 hours, please send us a short e-mail stating your name.
By registering, all conditions of participation, including the data protection provisions discussed below, are recognized.
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 60 days before the start of the seminar, up to 15 days before the start of the seminar less 20% of the normal price.
If a replacement participant is nominated for the fully booked event, there is no cancellation fee; the replacement participant assumes all rights and obligations of the original booker. This also includes the retention of any discounts, such as an early booking discount, but not special conditions such as special discounts for subscription or regular customers.

2. seminar fees and prices
The listed price includes the costs of the seminar, documents distributed and sent by email, use of the seminar room including the services offered in each case and the certificates issued in each case. Partial participation in the seminar does not entitle the participant to a price reduction. Individual offers have priority over the respective valid prices from the non-binding recommendation of our price list and represent the actual proposal of a possible offer.
If certain services are not included in the price, they are not mandatory, but represent an additional, voluntary offer and must be made visible as such by the seminar provider.
The participation fee is due upon registration. The combination of any discounts – where permissible – is multiplicative and not additive, i.e. it refers to the previously discounted price and not to the base price.

3. liability
Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH reserves the right to cancel booked seminars if the minimum number of participants is not reached up to 14 days before the start of the seminar at the latest. As a customer, you naturally have the free choice of preferential rebooking to another date or a full refund of the seminar fees already paid.
All participants will be informed immediately by email if a speaker is unable to attend or for other reasons for which the organizer is not responsible. In this case, Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH will endeavor to find alternatives. There are no further claims against Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH. This also applies to any adjustments to the seminar content, changes of date or location.

4. data protection
Participants agree that their personal data may be processed and stored electronically for the purpose of conducting the seminar, including the sending of information, documents or contact relating to the booked seminar. Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH is obliged to treat this data confidentially and not to pass it on to third parties unless requested by the participant or agreed to on request. In addition, the general data protection guidelines of this website apply.

B. Conditions of participation and booking for in-house seminars of Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH

1st booking
A booking by email, telephone, fax, letter or in person is binding as soon as it has been made and is made in accordance with the usual rules between business people.

2. provision by the customer
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer must provide a seminar room, flipchart, projector, peripherals and the necessary tools and equipment.

3. liability
Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH reserves the right to cancel booked seminars in the event of a speaker’s absence or for other reasons for which the organizer is not responsible.
In the event of a seminar being canceled, the customer will be informed immediately by email. In this case, Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH will endeavor to find alternatives. There are no further claims against Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH.

4. data protection
The customer and the participants agree that their personal data may be processed and stored electronically for the purpose of conducting the seminar, including the sending of information, documents or contact relating to the booked seminar. Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH is obliged to treat this data confidentially and not to pass it on to third parties unless requested by the participant or agreed to on request. In addition, the general data protection guidelines of this website apply.
